SPI Accents 'Tobacco Leaf' Style Porcelain Jar (Reproduction)
- Fair market value
- $50 - $100
- Retail price new
- $180 - $240
The listing is misleading. The seller claims this is a 'precious antique' and a 'good investment' while noting the base is marked 'SPI Accents Collection.' SPI (San Pacific International) is a modern wholesaler of home decor; this is a mass-produced reproduction, not a genuine Qing Dynasty antique. However, large (12.2 inch) porcelain jars from SPI are expensive at retail. While $89 is a fair price for a used decorative object of this size, it has zero antique investment value.
